From Lifelong sports fanatics to Athlete Managers.

After speaking with many college athletes, we learned many weren't taking advantage of their NIL opportunities. From not having enough time to not knowing how to start, we heard it all. We formed KM Management to reduce athletes' workload and help them get the recognition they deserved.

Meet The Team

Josh Klugman

Co-Founder

Josh is a New York native and currently resides in Los Angeles. Josh studied sports business and economics at The University of Oregon. His experience stems from working with sponsorship sales, The Business and Legal Affairs Department of Major League Baseball, and in The University of Oregon's Football Recruiting Department. The skills he learned helped him evaluate elite-level talent while also maintaining and caring for his partnerships.

Jack Morse

Co-Founder

Jack is a Bay Area native and currently resides in Los Angeles. Jack has degrees in sports business and marketing from The University of Oregon. His experience comes from working in partnership and sponsorship sales in the entertainment industry at Live Nation and A-List Communications. He has helped facilitate partnership and sponsorship deals for events such as Sundance Film Festival, Toronto Film Festival, and numerous Los Angeles movie premiers. The skills he learned helped him facilitate high-level partnerships for both brands and athletes.
